  • 2.2: Subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
  • 2.3: After the initial 30-day period, subscriptions are non-cancellable, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • 3.1: All data is stored on Amazon AWS cloud servers, protected by multiple layers of firewalls.
  • 3.2: Hourly backups are conducted to ensure data safety.
  • 3.3: While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of the internet and third-party services.

4. Third-Party Services

  • 4.1: Our services may include integrations with third-party services (e.g., accounting software, payment gateways, food delivery apps).
  • 4.2: We are not responsible for failures, breaches, or issues caused by third-party services.
  • 4.3: Any disputes or issues arising from third-party services should be addressed with the provider directly.

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
